Max Burge joined Port Capital in 2025. As Vice President of Investor Relations, Max plays a pivotal role in driving strategic capital formation and managing key investor relationships.

Before joining Port Capital, Max served as Senior Director of Investor Relations at Chicago Atlantic, a $2 billion credit-focused investment manager, where he led U.S. and international fundraising initiatives. Previously, Max was Director of Investor & Consultant Relations at CBIS, a $10 billion institutional asset manager, where he oversaw strategic consultant relations and institutional investor outreach. He began his asset management career at Morningstar and Morningstar Investment Services, where he supported the advisory and institutional channels.

Max earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Denison University.
